The International Research Society for Public Management (IRSPM) is seeking a dedicated member to take on the role of Social Media Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of IRSPM by leveraging your social media expertise. If you are passionate about public management and have a knack for creating engaging online content, we would love to hear from you. This is a voluntary role that offers the opportunity to make a visible contribution to IRSPM’s international community and strengthen how public management research is shared and discussed. It also provides valuable experience in academic communication, international networking, and community engagement within the field. What makes you a great fit for this role Good understanding how LinkedIn, Facebook, Bluesky, Instagram and similar work Ability to interpret basic social media analytics and performance metrics Creativity in developing formats and storytelling Basic visual communication skills, including use of tools such as Canva or similar Sensitivity to tone, inclusiveness, and international diversity in communication Skills you will strengthen in this role Ability to translate academic content into accessible, engaging messages for broader dissemination Understanding of audience engagement and ability to identify what resonates with different segments of the scientific community Ability to plan content calendars and coordinate posts around events, deadlines, conferences, and calls What your table will look like Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content regularly (e.g., original and adapted text, photos, videos, and news) Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor member reviews Collaborate with the IRSPM Engagement Officer and IRSPM Administration to ensure content and brand consistency. #J-18808-Ljbffr Irspm
