Qualifications required:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Strong pediatric experience or a desire to work with school-aged children
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to students with a broad range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain documentation, monitor student progress, and participate in meetings as required
• Offer both individual and group interventions as appropriate for student goals
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric SLP and contribute to a positive school culture
