Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a life science, health-related field, computer science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years of hands on work experience in clinical data management within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology environment. Proficiency in at least one Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system ( Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault EDC ) is REQUIRED Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH guidelines), and data management best practices. Experience with medical coding dictionaries ( MedDRA, WHO Drug ). Minimum of 3+ years of lead or project management experience in clinical data management. Skills Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving aptitude and ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation is a plus.
