This person is highly skilled in behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling. They will define strategies, provide end-to-end craft and thought leadership, and partner seamlessly with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, product marketing, customer success, and more. This person will connect the dots into a cohesive vision across the various verticals of •••••••• 's business, and evolve our platform to become the best-in-class ticketing platform on the market.
