Our client is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their infrastructure team supporting a high-performance trading platform. The ideal candidate has strong technical depth and is comfortable working through a structured, multi-round technical interview process. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Site Reliability Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure supporting a high-performance trading platform
• Manage and automate infrastructure using Terraform and AWS
• Support and troubleshoot the firm's internal Metal platform
• Monitor system reliability, performance, and availability across production environments
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed
• Collaborate with engineering teams on system architecture and reliability improvements
• Identify and remediate infrastructure risks and reliability gaps

Site Reliability Engineer's Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS
• Experience supporting high-availability, low-latency production environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Comfortable working through a multi-round technical interview process
