Epic Willow Analyst

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the Epic Willow Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for inpatient pharmacy application workflows and configurations, managing daily support operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary subject matter expert for Epic Willow Inpatient application workflows and configurations Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests Collaborate with hospital pharmacists, pharmacy operations teams, and client stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with clinical needs Required Qualifications Active Epic Willow Inpatient certification required 4+ years of experience in Epic application management and support Demonstrated experience with inpatient pharmacy operations and Epic Willow Inpatient configuration Experience managing day-to-day EHR support operations and meeting SLA requirements Strong understanding of hospital pharmacy workflows and clinical operations
