Looking for a stable customer service opportunity with a leading insurance servicing team? We're hiring motivated Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with insurance-related inquiries in a fast-paced, professional environment.
*Start Date: September 9*
What You'll Earn
* English CSR: *$17.00/hour*
* Bilingual Spanish CSR: *$18.50/hour*
Training & Schedule
* *First 45 days:* Fully onsite for training
* Training hours: *9:30 AM - 6:00 PM*

* *After training:* Hybrid work opportunity
* Schedule: *10:30 AM - 7:00 PM*
* 3 days Work from Home 2 days onsite

*Important:* No time off is permitted during the first 6 weeks of employment.
What You'll Do As an Insurance Servicing Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions regarding homeowners insurance inquiries.
Responsibilities include:

* Handle approximately *35-45 inbound calls daily*
* Assist customers with insurance payment and coverage questions
* Research customer accounts using multiple systems
* Document interactions accurately and efficiently
* Resolve issues and provide professional customer support
* Maintain productivity and quality standards
* Communicate effectively through phone and occasional email correspondence
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
* At least *1 year of recent customer service experience*
* Call center experience preferred
* Administrative, receptionist, or front desk experience considered

* Strong computer skills and comfort navigating Windows-based systems
* Minimum *35 WPM typing speed*
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Active and reliable internet connection for remote work requirements
* Reliable transportation
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
*Preferred Qualifications*
* 2+ years of call center experience
* Insurance industry experience
* Mortgage servicing experience
* Bilingual Spanish skills
Assessment Requirements Candidates must successfully complete:

* Basic Computer Literacy Test (*70% passing score*)
* One-Minute Typing Test (*35 WPM minimum*)
Not a Fit If You:
* Do not have recent customer service, administrative, or call center experience
* Cannot work onsite during required training
* Do not have reliable internet access for remote work
* Have communication or professionalism concerns
* Need scheduled time off during the first 6 weeks

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
