Project and Community Manager

Role Description:

In this role you will help Aubrie audit her time, so she is focused on the most valuable aspects of the business. Your job is to keep grabbing workflows from her, so she can spend her time on content creation (lead generation). See below for tasks, workflows, and what the role entails.

Know the customer and voice:

• Study DMs, app community messages and comments to learn who her audience actually is
• Build an FAQ / saved-replies library for the top 15–20 questions
• Agree what you handle vs. what gets escalated to her

App community management:

• Daily presence in the community chat — prompts, answers, celebrating wins
• Answer program and app questions within 24 hours
• Collect testimonials, transformations and UGC as they show up

DM management on socials:

• Triage every DM: fan → reply, buyer question → convert to a trial, brand deal → route to the inbox process, spam → clear
• Own Manychat replies and keep the flows current

Social Media Engagement:

• Reply to comments on recent posts
• Keep conversation alive in the comments of top-performing reels
• Comment on other creators and in her audience's communities
• Feed the top questions and objections back as content ideas

Updating the storefront on socials:

• Keep the Shop My / LTK / Amazon storefront current with what she's wearing and using
• Match the storefront to what's in this week's posts
• Keep link-in-bio and Manychat links pointing to the right place

Running campaign emails:

• Build, schedule and send campaign emails — challenges, launches, promos
• Source the content from the community: recipes, wins, shout-outs
• Keep a calendar of what's going out and when
• Report on what each send did

Monitoring inbox for brand deals:

• Triage the inbox daily and label what matters
• Reply to inbound brand inquiries with the standard response
• Escalate real opportunities with a short summary and a suggested rate
• Track every deal from inquiry → negotiation → signed → delivered
• Weekly digest of anything Aubrie needs to decide on

Weekly reporting:

• Brand deals — inquiries received, replied, escalated, closed, revenue
• Campaigns — emails sent, opens, clicks, and what the promo drove
• App stats — trials, subs, churn, community engagement

What we are looking for:

• You know the online fitness world — as a member, a coach, or running accounts previously
• You can learn someone's voice quickly
• You're actually responsive. This role lives in the notifications
• You've run a shared inbox, community, or DM queue for someone other than yourself
• You keep a calendar and close loops without being chased
• You're comfortable reading open rates, trials, subs, churn
