Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Position Details Starting Wage: $15.00 - $17.00 (Part‑time). The more you are available, the more you can earn through a productivity‑based wage increase of up to $5.00 in the first six months. Responsibilities Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, following traffic laws and company driver safety requirements, including vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision and accuracy. Adhere to a clear, consistent workflow and playbook for success. Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and celebrate when exceeded. Requirements Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience; for van driver at least 21 years old, for personal vehicle at least 18 years old. Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check. Familiarity with GPS devices and ability to navigate assigned locations. Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including early mornings and late nights. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.; occasional travel by car and, sometimes, plane with overnight stays. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools; strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance, commitment to consistency, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. No degree required; experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work welcomed. Military experience encouraged.
