Laurel Square Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 87-bed long-term care facility located in Philadelphia, PA. We are currently seeking a qualified RN Supervisor for the day shift to join our team, working on the acute and long-term care unit.

Shift Types Available:

• Monday to Friday, 3 pm - 11:30 pm

• PRN shifts

• part-time

• Weekend

This position supervises, provides, and coordinates nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures to assess residents' care needs under the direction of the DON.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.

• Licensed in the State of PA to practice nursing.

• Familiarity with Federal, State, and local long-term care requirements.

• Two years of professional nursing experience.

• Demonstrated competence in leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to perform functions as itemized in the physical and environmental requirements of the job.

• Take appropriate action to ensure adequate staffing to provide resident care.

• Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.

• Implement facility procedures to provide resident care.
