Civil Designer/Drafter

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Coeur d’Alene area for a local individual with 3+ years’ experience as a Civil Designer/Drafter with a background in Land Development. This position would earn a generous base salary and a fantastic benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with matching, PTO and other great perks. All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration: Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3+ years of Civil Design/Drafting experience with a focus on Land Development projects. High competency with Planning/Preparation of Site Layout, Profiles, and Land Utility Plans i.e., Water, Gas, Sewer and Site Details is a MUST. Experience preparing Storm Water Management, Erosion and Sedimentation Control calculations/reports required for project permits/approvals is a MUST. Deep understanding of software platforms such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc. is a MUST. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Design/Drafting is a BIG PLUS.
