Wound Care Nurse Practitioner - Post Acute Care - 3 days/week

Job Description Korzen Health is working with the partnership of Healogics to find a Post Acute Nurse Practitioner. We are looking to add an experienced NP to cover local SNFs 3 days per week. Procedure experience within the last 2 years is required. For example: sutures, central lines, intubations, and anything that would be very specialized. This is a part time, 3 days/week position - flexible hours. Post-Acute Care wound care program located in Auburn, NY. This is 100% wound care position. 52 hours of paid training included. This is a mobile position. We have 3 days of work in Auburn, NY. You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients. Scope of Practice Includes: You will average around 18-20 patients a day. Performing basic wound care (dressing changes, chemical debridement) with some minor procedures. This will be a part-time 3 day a week job. No Nights, No Call, No weekends. Flexible. Compensation Model is salary with RVU after 1 year. You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.
