Eden Prairie, MN Job Summary We are seeking an experienced OnBase developer with 8–10 years of expertise in workflow and Workview, Unity API scripting, automation, and SQL. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining OnBase solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced agile environment. Responsibilities Participate in PI planning sessions, Scrum meetings, and retrospective sessions. Gather requirements, perform analysis, and draft technical specification documents. Develop OnBase‑related APIs and perform configuration changes. Participate in walkthroughs, inspections, and review meetings. Comply with organizational standards and testing processes. Acquire knowledge of the business domain and application workflow. Coordinate upstream and downstream impact analysis across applications. Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines. Provide explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise. Work iteratively in a fast‑paced agile environment. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Technical / Functional Skills 8–10 years of OnBase development experience with Workflow/Workview. Proficiency in writing Unity scripts using both the Unity API and Automation API. Development experience with OnBase workflows. Sound understanding of OnBase architecture: Configuration, OnBase Client, Unity Client, and Web Client. Designing forms for business decisions, including E‑forms and Unity Forms. Experience with OnBase reporting, configuration migration, and troubleshooting tools such as Report Services, Diagnostic Console, Workflow Doctor, and Configuration Migration. Designing OnBase workflow solutions, publishing OnBase web services, and configuring message brokers. Hands‑on SQL experience. Desired Skills API (Application Programming Interface) development. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor of Computer Science degree. Salary $100,000 – $110,000 per year Benefits Discretionary Annual Incentive.
