Senior Director, Major & Planned Gifts Strategy

Reed College is seeking a Director of Gift Planning and Major Gifts to lead integrated strategies for major gifts and planned giving, aligning with campaign goals and institutional priorities. The role oversees a team of fundraisers and manages a 50+ donor portfolio to secure six- and seven-figure commitments.
