General Dermatology Opportunity in Denver Metro

Join a physician-led dermatology practice in one of the country's most competitive markets for growth. Practice Overview:

• You'll join a growing dermatology team with strong physician leadership and established patient demand
• Multi-site model (2-3 locations) with no same-day travel between offices
• Full autonomy over medical dermatology, cosmetics, and procedures with no APP supervision required
• In-house dermpath and Mohs referral network in place, allowing you to focus on general dermatology

Schedule:

• 4-day workweek considered full-time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with optional 5th day for increased income
• Start around ~20 patients/day and ramp to 35+ at your comfort level
• No requirement for weekend work; schedule designed for consistency and flexibility
• Structured clinic flow with strong MA support (additional staff added as volume increases)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Year 1 income guarantee around 350,000 with flexibility based on volume and experience
• Transition to production model with 40-45% of collections and no overhead deductions
• Signing bonus and additional incentives available
• 4 weeks PTO, 5,000 CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and retirement plan options

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
• Comfortable building toward 35+ patients per day in a supported environment
• Open to both experienced physicians and strong upcoming graduates
• Interest in cosmetics or procedures welcomed but not required
