Accountabilities Own and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and performance KPIs. Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value to maximize growth and engagement. Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve product performance and user experience. Monitor key product and business metrics, optimizing funnels, landing pages, and user journeys. Define clear product requirements for new features and enhancements across digital platforms. Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and iteration cycles. Present insights, results, and recommendations to stakeholders to align on priorities and next steps. Continuously improve product processes, experimentation culture, and delivery efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in product ownership or product management with responsibility for roadmap and strategy execution. Strong ability to prioritize initiatives using data-driven decision-making and business impact analysis. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and product optimization methodologies. Solid understanding of product analytics, KPIs, unit economics, and digital growth metrics. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools, dashboards, and data interpretation. Basic technical understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs, and tracking systems. Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user journey mapping to improve product experiences. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and remote teams.
