We compete on results.The PositionTranslate business needs into scalable analytics solutions, and developing reporting and data products using SQL, QlikView/Qlik Sense, Python, R, and related business intelligence tools. This role will support current dashboards and reporting assets while helping expand analytic capabilities through reusable data models, automated workflows, and well-governed development practices. Partnering with Information Services application analysts, corporate business owners, clinical leaders, and subject matter experts will be essential for successful completion of the Company’s strategic initiatives.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the full software development life cycle for business intelligence, reporting, analytic applications, and data productsEstablish and maintain relationships with business leaders and end usersDesign UI components to meet the needs of the request while adhering to group standardsDesign, develop, test, and maintain data models, ETL/ELT processes, and reusable analytic datasetsAdminister, maintain, and enhance BI platforms, including QlikView/Qlik Sense and related reporting environmentsUse Python, R, SQL, and BI tools to automate data preparation, analysis, validation, and reporting workflowsPerform data analysis to identify trends, validate results, and create new information delivery solutionsPerform troubleshooting and bug correction for dashboard, report and data issuesDevelop practical, maintainable solutions that answer business questions and support decision-makingApply version control, documentation, testing, and peer-review practices to improve reliability and maintainability of analytic assetsCollaborate with other functional areas to create solutions or fix issuesAdhere to prioritized project demand within a rapidly evolving environmentAct as advocate for BI benefits across the organization and promote BI usage to relevant departmentsContinually evaluate and recommend changes in BI to meet the needs of our customersMaintain skill set as industry evolves and embrace new technology.QualificationsExperience:Five (5) or more years’ experience in business intelligence.Three years experience working with business users to understand, define, and document project requirements5 years relevant BI, analytics, or reporting development experience; experience with QlikView/Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred5 years experience with SQL, relational data modeling, data integration, and performance-aware query developmentWorking knowledge of Python and/or R for data analysis, automation, reproducible reporting, or analytic workflow developmentAbility to translate business requirements into governed data models, dashboards, reports, and analytic deliverablesPior experience with database administration and/or reporting tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc), is preferred.Equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with clinical/billing data a plus.Knowledge and Skills:Working knowledge of Python and/or R for data analysis, automation, reproducible reporting, or analytic workflow developmentAbility to translate business requirements into governed data models, dashboards, reports, and analytic deliverablesExcellent organization skills with the capacity to prioritize work and meet strict deadlinesAbility to complete fast-paced production-oriented projects quickly and efficientlyCompetency in Microsoft Office products, including Project and VisioWeb development and/or Web services experience a plusExperience with Qlik Cloud, Qlik MCP, cloud analytics platforms, or modern data workflow tools a plusEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business AdministrationEquivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualificationsThe Successful CandidateThe successful candidate must bring a high level of ethical, intellectual, professional and personal values that complement the team and company vision.
