Location: Store 00458, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572. Position Type: Regular/Part time. What You'll Do Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes products and builds brand relationships. Assist the management team in building store business and support all service enhancers, including Concierge. Service multiple customers simultaneously, multi‑task and handle projects at the same time. Stay current on fashion trends, product knowledge and new arrivals; use this knowledge to create outfits and suggest items that match customer needs. Maximize individual performance by participating in learning opportunities, accepting direction, coaching and feedback. Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas, including clienteling/outreach, appointment setting and Talbots Classic Awards. Complete operational assignments such as filling orders, replenishment, recovery and other projects as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise, and a love of fashion. Driven to create, build and cultivate relationships and possess a strong ambition to achieve goals individually and as part of a team. Excellent verbal communication skills and a high level of integrity. Technological competency to navigate a computer, iPad or handheld system. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Work cooperatively in a diverse work environment. Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs, climb ladders, and move around regularly.
