Corporate Controller (VP-Level) – Electronics ManufacturingWe're partnering with an electronics manufacturer on the search for a Corporate Controller to lead global accounting operations and financial reporting for a multi-national organization. This is a newly created role, built to support the company's continued growth.Reporting directly to the CFO and partnering with exec leadership, this is a highly visible seat with real influence over how global accounting is run, including a major ERP migration already underway.To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.What you'll be doing:Own monthly and quarterly global financial statements and direct statutory reporting and tax filings across all entitiesManage the external audit relationship and oversee transfer pricing complianceLead the finance side of a phased, multi-country ERP implementation, migrating from the current legacy system to SAPOversee manufacturing cost accounting and inventory valuation compliance across multiple plantsSupport financial planning alongside the corporate FP&A team, and contribute to the company's technology/AI roadmap and M&A activityManage a team of approximately 15, including an Assistant Controller as a direct report, and work closely with Finance Directors across the various countriesWhat we're looking for:15-20+ years of progressively responsible financial experience, including at least 10 years in senior finance roles with people management responsibilityManufacturing accounting experience is a must, with strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and support across production and inventory managementProven experience xhyhwjd leading a controllership function in a multi-entity, international environmentCPA strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceBroad ERP implementation experience, SAP strongly preferredComfortable presenting to senior executives and the BoardCompensation & logistics:Base salary: $250,000 to $280,000, plus a 40% target bonus and a long-term incentive planHybrid schedule: four days per week in office, with remote flexibility on FridaysLocation: Long Island, NY
