General Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fast food and possess the ability to be a dependable restaurant leader. Hughes Family McDonald’s is an expanding franchisee organization, seeking individuals who want to grow and develop with us. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Responsibilities Clear Communication Oversee food preparation, cooking, and sanitation in the kitchen Ensure high quality food standards Maintain high volume sales and profitability goals Manage staff performance through training and coaching Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Food Safety Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Must have previous McDonald’s experience.
