Merchandiser

Job Details Schedule: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm, Thursday – Monday (weekends required). Overtime as needed. Pay: $21.25 /hr Job Level: 1 Responsibilities Utilize technology and applications throughout the day. Clean and organize shelves and aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers. Daily restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases. Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first‑in, first‑out stocking system. Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instructions and schedule made by supervisor and store management. Maintain and organize back rooms/back‑stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily. Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements. Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely. Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
