Pharmacy Technician: Care Transitions & Discharge Meds

Legacy Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy Services team, working under a pharmacist to support patients across care transitions with compassion and accuracy. You will collect the best possible medication history, aid in discharge medication provisioning, and collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and other care teammates to ensure safe, effective medication use. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician program is preferred; minimum 2 #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacy Health
