Overview Job Location: Colter Apartments - Glendale, AZ 85301 Position Type: On-Call Education Level: High School Diploma/GED Salary Range: $17.87 - $19.98 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Shift: Any Job Category: Behavioral Health/Social Work *This is a BHT level Clinical role, which does not require a license. As an On-Call Clinician Technician you will provide a safe and secure environment for clients in a residential setting, engage them in skills training, and support their transition to community integration and self-sufficiency in living, learning, social, and work environments. You will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, caseload management, crisis management, and coordination of care. You will provide direct support to clients, engaging them in Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities, health and wellness promotion, personal assistance services, rehabilitation and vocational skills, training and development services, transportation services, and crisis management. You will oversee the medication process and submit clinical documentation. Responsibilities Provide a safe and secure environment for clients in a residential setting Engage clients in skills training and Independent Living Skills (ILS) activities Conduct screenings and assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage caseloads Coordinate care and crisis management Support health and wellness promotion, rehabilitation and vocational skills, and transportation services Oversee the medication process and submit clinical documentation Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, plus one and a half (1.5) years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; or an Associate’s degree in a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree in a non-related field, plus one (1) year of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting Some assignments require an Arizona DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card Some assignments require a current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Must be 21 years of age Background Check Minimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm Possession of, or the ability to obtain, CPR and First Aid certifications Evidence of freedom from infectious pulmonary tuberculosis #J-18808-Ljbffr Terros Health
