Microsoft Support Consultant

We are seeking a customer-focused Microsoft Teams Adoption & Support Consultant to support a large-scale migration from Slack to Microsoft Teams. This individual will serve as a Microsoft Teams Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing post-implementation support, user guidance, and adoption services to help ensure a successful transition across the organization. The ideal candidate is a Microsoft Teams expert who enjoys helping people. They have experience supporting end users during technology transitions, can confidently answer unscripted Teams questions, and excel at driving adoption through training, coaching, and hands‑on support. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Provide frontline support to end users following a Slack-to-Microsoft Teams migration. Act as a Microsoft Teams SME, assisting users with Teams sites, channels, permissions, configuration, collaboration features, and best practices. Deliver user adoption, training, and change management activities to drive successful utilization of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 F3 capabilities. Support Microsoft Copilot adoption by assisting users with configuration, functionality, and day-to-day questions. Provide implementation and post-go-live hypercare support to ensure continuity of business operations. Troubleshoot and resolve Teams-related issues, escalating complex technical challenges as needed. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 environments. Hands‑on experience administering or supporting Microsoft Teams in an enterprise environment. Experience providing end‑user support, training, adoption, or change management services.
