Retail Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomes Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders Requirements Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing (2-5 years) Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies Ability to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms) Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisions Hard Skills Marketing Strategy Development Customer Lifecycle Management Campaign Management Performance Metrics Analysis Content Oversight Soft Skills Collaboration Influencing Leadership Communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
