Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Owning the end-to-end management of the Affiliate Network, the full-time Affiliate Marketing Specialist will operate the Commission Junction platform, manage agency relationships, and drive program performance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage campaign setup, tracking, creative assets, commission structures, and reporting on the Commission Junction platform Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with publishers to enhance program performance and secure premium placements Identify growth opportunities within affiliate networks and optimize commission structures and promotional strategies Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on managing affiliate agencies like CJ Solid understanding of affiliate economics, including EPC, commission tiers, and incrementality Proven ability to recruit and grow a publisher base effectively Strong analytical skills for interpreting data from affiliate networks and BI tools Experience with project management tools such as Asana and familiarity with Google Sheets
