Dishwasher Job

Dishwasher responsibilities include ensuring dishes, pots, and pans are cleaned daily. They assist cooks with various tasks and operate machinery. Employees may perform multiple functions based on fluctuating demands and are expected to help others as needed.

Essential job tasks include checking dishwasher temperatures, sanitizing pot sinks and dish tables, ensuring no wet stacking of dishes, maintaining clean floors, and completing other assignments directed by the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chefs.

This position reports to the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chefs and does not include supervisory duties.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, English language skills, and the ability to stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach with hands/arms, and communicate effectively. Physical tasks involve lifting up to 100 pounds and working in wet or humid conditions up to 50% of the time.
