Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Barnwell, SC, outpatient setting where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active South Carolina physical therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred. This is noted by the client as a preference. Candidates must be practicing Physical Therapists. PTA applicants will not be accepted. New graduates and first-time travelers are acceptable to the client. Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and a daily patient load of about 12–14 patients, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected. Willingness to float to other clinics as needed. Overtime must be approved by the clinic director prior to working OT. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Name: Days. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours. Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics. Float Requirement: Candidate must be willing to float to other clinics.
