This position will support process engineering activities across new product introduction, equipment implementation, process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a high-technology electronics manufacturing environment.What a typical day looks like:Drive PCBA process development and optimization to improve quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturing efficiency.Evaluate product designs and manufacturing processes using DFX methodologies.Establish and sustain robust, repeatable process parameters for production.Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.Champion yield, productivity, throughput, cycle-time, and safety improvement initiatives.Support capital equipment selection, qualification, implementation, and new technology introduction.Develop and maintain process documentation, manufacturing standards, and statistical process controls.Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction, technology transfers, and operator training...The experience we’re looking to add to our team:8+ years of process engineering experience within high-technology electronics manufacturing.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.Deep expertise in PCBA manufacturing processes, including SMT, stencil printing, SPI, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, wave/selective soldering, coating, underfill, and depanelization.Strong experience developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes with a focus on yield, quality, throughput, and cycle time improvementsProven ability to troubleshoot complex process issues using statistical methods and root cause analysis tools.Experience supporting NPI, technology transfers, equipment qualification, and process validation in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Hands-on knowledge of process control, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive manufacturing excellence.Strong understanding of PCBA inspection and test methodologies, including AOI, X-ray, functional testing, component testing, and measurement systems.Demonstrated technical leadership with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, lead process improvement initiatives, and support strategic manufacturing objectives.#LI-EA1EA42SS26AA01CH12MS14CC11EC37PF38JS21NV60FL75What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Full range of medical, dental, and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition Reimbursement Application Deadline:Applications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
