Responsibilities Leads each shift at a high level, by coaching crew and other managers to work together as a team to provide an outstanding guest experience. Role-models leadership behaviors at all times. Ensures high levels of quality, service, cleanliness, and accuracy when leading shifts Ensures 100% guest satisfaction, while also being results-oriented to take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Never stops learning by cultivating and encouraging training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant. Qualities An ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and in a friendly tone. Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
