Responsibilities Leads each shift at a high level, by coaching crew and other managers to work together as a team to provide an outstanding guest experience. Role-models leadership behaviors at all times. Ensures high levels of quality, service, cleanliness, and accuracy when leading shifts Ensures 100% guest satisfaction, while also being results-oriented to take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Never stops learning by cultivating and encouraging training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant. Qualities An ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and in a friendly tone. Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members). Willing to challenge yourself to learn more and be better every single day. Strong customer service and support focus. To provide solutions, make decisions, and anticipate customer needs. Reporting to work dressed professionally in your required uniform. A flexible work schedule that may include nights or weekends based on what shift you are available and hired for.
