Senior Consultant, Program ManagementThe Program Management Senior Consultant is an experienced individual contributor responsible for leading low to moderately complex business and technology programs or workstreams that support CarMax Auto Finance priorities. This role translates approved objectives into integrated plans, connects work across teams, and drives execution from initiation through implementation and transition. The Senior Consultant aligns stakeholders, manages cross-functional dependencies and risks, facilitates timely decisions, and maintains visibility into progress and intended business outcomes. This role develops sufficient knowledge of relevant customer needs, business processes, systems, and technology to anticipate impacts, ask informed questions, and engage the appropriate business partners.The Program Management Senior Consultant helps CAF deliver business and technology programs through integrated planning, cross-functional coordination, and proactive management of dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment. This role helps ensure work remains connected across teams, decisions occur at the right time, and implementation activities support intended business outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working independently across multiple priorities.
