Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being * Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene * Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely * Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates * Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records * Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner * Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life * Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents * Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred * Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care * Current CNA certification in Nebraska required
