We carry over 200 different types of spices sourced from over 40 different countries.In this role, you'll own and expand key and mid-market accounts, build real relationships with customers, identify upsell opportunities, and bring on new B2B clients across food, beverage, supplements, and CPG. You'll play a hands-on role in driving revenue while supporting PGI's mission to deliver premium organic ingredients with transparency and integrity.If you love relationship-building, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and believe in the organic industry then this job is for you!Account ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-sized B2B clients. Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Manage forecasting, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities.Sales ExpansionIdentify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. Cross-sell other formats and offer new product lines and promotions. Understand evolving client needs and trends.New Client AcquisitionIdentify and qualify new mid-market B2B leads. Conduct outreach, respond to inquiries, and close deals with support from the sales team.Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with production, Purchasing, and QA to ensure high-quality delivery. Input and maintain all sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM (Customer Relationship Management system)Reporting & PerformanceMeet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Report customer feedback and trends to the Business Development Director.
