• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week
• May be required to float to other skilled nursing facilities.

Effingham, Illinois offers access to Midwestern travel routes and outdoor recreation.
