Financial Controller

Position Title: Financial Controller Compensation: $120,000-$145,000 base salary + performance-based bonus Location: Remote About the Firm 52TEN is a private investment firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona specializing in the acquisition and reposition of manufactured housing communities across the United States. Our current portfolio includes approximately 1,800 manufactured housing lots and $140M in assets under management, and we are continuing to grow through disciplined acquisitions and operational excellence. About the Role As we continue to grow our national portfolio, we're looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead our accounting function and build the financial foundation that supports our next stage of growth. This is more than a traditional Controller role. You'll oversee financial reporting, month-end close, investor distributions, and the accounting team while partnering closely with executive leadership to improve systems, strengthen internal controls, and scale our finance operations. What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with GAAP. Oversee financial reporting across multiple entities and investment funds. Ensure accurate investor distributions and financial reporting. Build scalable accounting processes and strong internal controls. Partner with acquisitions, operations, and executive leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
