Our practice primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, ensuring that our patients access quality physical therapy services.

Work Environment

Working onsite at our comprehensive rehabilitation facility, you will immerse yourself in an environment designed for optimal patient recovery. The team operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible work-life balance. Our facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technology, creating an ideal atmosphere for fostering patient recovery and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients' individual goals, needs, and limitations to create customized treatment plans.
• Manage an average caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focus on quality care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective cost-efficient treatments aimed at improving patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Explore non-invasive alternatives to medications and surgical procedures, focusing on rehabilitation techniques that promote natural recovery.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities and exercise protocols.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, instilling confidence and promoting a proactive mindset towards their recovery.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, outcomes, and progress.
• Evaluate treatment efficacy regularly and adapt techniques based on patient progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Revive Physiotherapy Solutions, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. The diverse client base provides an exciting opportunity to tailor your therapeutic techniques to individuals from various backgrounds and recovery stages. Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate (MPT/DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A proven track record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing personalized exercise protocols.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly favorable.
• Demonstrated competence in using various rehabilitation modalities and techniques.
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques to inspire patients throughout their recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, offering an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
