Audi Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to help lead our high-performing Service Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive service leader who is ready to advance their career with Audi Fort Lauderdale and Lithia & Driveway, the nation's largest automotive retail groups.

What You'll Do

• Help lead, motivate, and develop the Service team
• Drive customer satisfaction, productivity, and department performance
• Recruit, hire, and develop technicians and Service Advisors
• Support daily service operations and departmental goals
• Assist with writing service and communicating with customers when needed
• Promote accountability and an exceptional Audi ownership experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous dealership Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience
• Proven success leading a high-performing service team
• High-volume dealership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Experience recruiting and developing technicians and Service Advisors
• CDK experience preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
