As a Traveling Dental Assistant, you'll have the chance to work with multiple teams, meet new patients, and experience different office settings throughout the week—no two days are exactly the same. This position offers the best of both worlds: the excitement of a dynamic work environment and the security of a long-term career with a growing organization.## Responsibilities* Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.* Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.* Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.* Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations..* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)* Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.## Qualifications* Completion of a one-year certified dental assistant program - Preferred* 1 year on-the-job-experience* Must be willing to travel to any of our NY office locations* High school diploma or equivalent**Dental Assistant** are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law. **Legal Disclaimer:** *We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
