Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and schedule service appointments.
• Listen to and document customer concerns accurately.
• Create detailed repair orders and communicate repair needs clearly to technicians.
• Translate customer concerns into standard automotive repair terminology.
• Explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, and vehicle service history.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and completion times.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate parts ordering and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Deliver an exceptional Mercedes-Benz ownership experience that builds long-term customer loyalty.
• Meet dealership performance goals related to customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity.

Requirements:

Requirements

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Consultant experience required.
• Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDK and Xtime experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software.

Salary Description

$75,000 - $150,000+ annually
