Plus Program Manager, Youth & Community Partnerships

Project for Pride in Living, Inc. is seeking a Plus Program Manager to lead the coordination and continuous enhancement of Hennepin County's Plus Program, serving county-involved youth across multiple sites and building strong partnerships with schools and community organizations.
