High Ticket Closer — New Business Consultant / Account Executive

Our Lead Development Representatives fill your calendar — your job is to show up, run a disciplined consultative process, and close. What the role looks like 2+ qualified consultations per day — placed on your calendar by our LDR team. No cold calling. No prospecting. Consultative sales process: diagnose the prospect's problem, deliver a tailored Onfloor solution, close the deal. Average order value of $12,000+. Target: 10–18 new customers per month. Commission-only, uncapped — built for people who want to own their number. Full pipeline ownership in CRM: accurate forecasting, activity logging, zero dropped balls.
