Pay Rate: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring Mid-Level to Journeyman HVAC Installers to lead the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities

As an HVAC Installer, your key duties will include:

• Leading the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Ensuring all work is completed to code and manufacturer standards, including proper brazing techniques and adherence to start-up procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
• Providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively, and professionally representing the company.
• Directing and mentoring an install helper to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience: 3+ years of HVAC installation experience required.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to work independently and guide a team.
• Additional Experience: Interest in or prior experience with commercial installations is a plus.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Certifications: EPA 608 Certification required. 
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions such as attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Additional Information

• Parking: Start at the shop, then travel to job sites (locations will change weekly).
• Tools: Hand tools required.
• PPE: Full PPE required.
• Background Check: Yes, with MVR required.
• Drug Screen: Yes, drug screen required.
