We are looking to connect with experienced Creative Producers to lead creative content production for external clients and brands.

In these projects, you may manage the creative production process from brief to delivery, working directly with clients to understand their objectives, brand guidelines, and audience needs and translating them into effective social media content.

You will collaborate closely with creative and production teams, oversee the quality and consistency of deliverables, and help ensure that projects meet both client expectations and creative standards across a variety of formats and social platforms.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the scope and requirements of individual projects, responsibilities may include:

• Manage end-to-end production of video, static, and other social media content for external clients.
• Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives, creative needs, brand positioning, guidelines, and expectations.
• Translate client requirements into clear creative briefs and production plans.
• Guide designers, video editors, creators, and other production team members throughout the creative process.
• Develop and refine creative concepts that support clients' brands and social media objectives.
• Oversee quality control across creative deliverables, ensuring that visuals, videos, and copy meet both client requirements and internal creative standards.
• Manage production timelines, priorities, workloads, and resource allocation across projects.
• Maintain consistent quality while supporting a high volume of creative output.
• Present creative solutions, communicate project updates, and incorporate client feedback throughout the production process.
• Supervise and support creative teams, helping them deliver against project requirements and creative expectations.
• Support the hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of production and creative team members when required.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track production budgets, estimate costs, and support efficient use of project resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, creative processes, and overall team efficiency.
