Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Location: Wenatchee, WA
• Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 10/26/2026
• End Date: 01/24/2027
• Required to have a Washington State / Compact Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC must be maintained.
• Develops, implements, and reassesses patients individualized plans of care, providing medication administration, nursing procedures, and treatments.
• Consistently evaluates discharge plans for appropriateness and educational needs, making adjustments as necessary.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and responses accurately, and collects patient information securely for optimal care.
• Conducts holistic patient assessments, determining appropriate nursing actions to meet physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs.
• Educates patients, families, and significant others on health information and provides written materials as appropriate.
• Delegates tasks to non-licensed assistive personnel and oversees their care.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and collaborates effectively with the healthcare team.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment in accordance with hospital and unit policies.
