Physical Therapist Yakima WA 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs) We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist for our growing practice in Yakima WA. This position is 100% outpatient care, with excellent work life balance with a 4-day work week, providing exemplary patient care for established and new patients. Must be an excellent team player and work well with other providers in our team-based treatment approach. We have a collaborative and positive team environment, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work in an innovative integrated wellness setting Duties: Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions focused on rehabilitation, mobility, and function Educate patients on exercise, injury prevention, posture, and body mechanics Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records Participate in team meetings and contribute to integrated care planning Schedule: Full time (Mon-Thurs) Compensation (range): $95k – $125k (DOE) plus bonus compensation Benefits: PTO 4-day work week with flexible scheduling Support for continuing education and professional development Health insurance IRA End of year bonus compensation Join our collaborative and patient-centered team!
