Role Summary We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical SIP and Commissions Analyst to support our sales organization. This role is responsible for administering sales incentive plans, ensuring accurate and timely commission payouts, and providing visibility into compensation performance. This is a highly analytical, behind the scenes role focused on data accuracy, reporting, and internal operations. The position partners closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Operations to ensure compensation plans are executed correctly and consistently. Key Responsibilities Commissions Administration Calculate and process sales commissions in alignment with established incentive plans Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commission payouts Maintain and validate commission data, resolving discrepancies as needed Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze sales performance data and compensation results Build and maintain reports related to commissions, quotas, and payouts Provide insights to leadership on trends, variances, and performance drivers Sales Incentive Program Management Support administration of Sales Incentive Plans including updates and adjustments Ensure clear alignment between compensation plans and sales performance Assist in documenting plan structures, rules, and processes Cross Functional Support Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on compensation processes Respond to internal inquiries related to commissions and payouts Support audits and ensure compliance with compensation policies Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in commission processes Help streamline workflows, tools, and reporting related to sales compensation Qualifications 5 years in an analyst, sales operations, finance, or commissions role Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Experience working with large data sets and reporting Proficiency in Excel Experience with commission tools or CRM systems such as Salesforce Exposure to sales incentive plans or compensation structures Background in sales operations, finance, or revenue operations What Success Looks Like Commission payouts are accurate and delivered on time Data and reporting are reliable and trusted by leadership Sales teams have clarity into how they are compensated Discrepancies are quickly identified and resolved Processes run smoothly with minimal manual issues What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employee Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay. #J-18808-Ljbffr
