Strength Coach

Wisconsin Sports Performance Menomonee Falls, WI, US WI Sports Performance is currently seeking a performance coach to join our team. As a performance coach, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including the general population and sports performance clients. This position offers 15-25 hours per week in the afternoons, M-F, with a rotating weekend schedule. Lead group training sessions following the WI Sports Performance programming model. Provide guidance and motivation to clients during workouts. Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by maintaining a clean and organized training environment. Collaborate with our head coaches to deliver high-quality training sessions. Relevant fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent). 1-2 years of previous training experience, with a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Compensation $18 - $25 hourly Wisconsin Sports Performance, located in Menomonee Falls, is a new gym to help local athletes reach their highest athletic potential. Wisconsin Sports Performance provides residents with athletic performance sessions, small group training, return-to-play training, and team training.
