We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to help support our Program Managers and ensure a smooth client experience from order to delivery. What You'll Do
- Support Program Managers and Coordinators with day-to-day client account activities.
- Track and monitor orders through receiving, production, and shipping to ensure service levels are met.
- Communicate updates between internal teams, vendors, and clients to keep projects on schedule.
- Assist in preparing client reports, KPI trackers, and materials for business reviews.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of orders, communications, and program milestones.
- Help resolve order discrepancies, shortages, or delays by coordinating with operations and warehouse teams.
- Participate in onboarding new client programs and supporting process improvement projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Eager to learn about fulfillment, logistics, and client account management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
- Team player with a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
- 0-2 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, account management, or customer service.
- Collaborative, high-energy environment where you'll learn and grow fast.
- Hands-on exposure to real logistics operations and client management.
- Opportunities to advance into Program Coordinator and Management roles.
