Account Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator to help support our Program Managers and ensure a smooth client experience from order to delivery.

What You'll Do

Support Program Managers and Coordinators with day-to-day client account activities.
Track and monitor orders through receiving, production, and shipping to ensure service levels are met.
Communicate updates between internal teams, vendors, and clients to keep projects on schedule.
Assist in preparing client reports, KPI trackers, and materials for business reviews.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of orders, communications, and program milestones.
Help resolve order discrepancies, shortages, or delays by coordinating with operations and warehouse teams.
Participate in onboarding new client programs and supporting process improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Eager to learn about fulfillment, logistics, and client account management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
Team player with a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Preferred Experience

0-2 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, account management, or customer service.
