It is an active, fast-paced job that ensures retail centers, office parks, and industrial sites remain clean and presentable. Responsibilities Walk the exterior of parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped beds to pick up trash, bottles, wrappers, cigarette butts, and debris. Conduct visual walk-throughs of the lot and report any property damage, safety hazards, or major maintenance issues to property management. Requirements & Physical Demands Physical Stamina: Requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Weather Tolerance: Ability to work outdoors in a variety of seasonal weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). Reliability: Strong time management and the ability to work independently to complete assigned daily routes or property checklists. Must pass a background check, DOT Physical and a drug test. Tools Used Handheld trash pickers, safety vests, collection buckets/bags, etc. Working Hours & Pay Monday through Friday with a potential to work Saturday if needed.
