Friedman Legal seeks an experienced Florida litigation attorney to handle substantive civil matters in a boutique practice focused on construction disputes, property insurance, condominium and association disputes, and commercial litigation. The attorney will manage cases from initial assessment through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial. The role calls for sound judgment, strong writing, direct client communication, and the ability to take ownership of deadlines and strategy while working closely with the firm’s attorneys and staff. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton.
